We offer shipping across Canada, including to Calgary, Alberta, and the surrounding areas. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and size of the order. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or in direct communications.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as additional shipping fees may apply to incorrect or changed addresses.
Any damage or shortage of goods upon delivery must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the Products.
Shipping costs will be communicated to you directly before the shipping is processed and depend on product size, weight, and delivery location.
5. Installation

6. Cancellation and Returns

For standard Products (non-custom), returns may be accepted within14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made or bespoke Products cannot be returned unless there are defects or shipping damages.
7. Warranty and Liability
All Products sold are covered by a manufacturer warranty of 5 years, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims are subject to validation of the defect and adherence to the terms of the warranty.
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective Products, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or Services.
